Steven Miller

Chief Financial Officer

Steven joined Energy Assets in February 2015 as Group Financial Controller.

As a Chartered accountant he previously held senior finance roles across a range of industries including construction, financial services, housebuilding and FMCG.

He was subsequently appointed to the role of Head of Accounting, Tax and Financial Reporting/Deputy CFO before stepping up into his CFO role.

In his time with Energy Assets, he’s helped deliver a number of key M&A projects, refinancing, the Group’s public to private transaction in 2016 and more recently the acquisition for the Group by the current shareholders in 2020.
