Multi-utility network services Request an Asset Value ProposalOur networks priority service register We’re authorised to own and manage final mile gas, electricity and fibre networks serving residential and commercial developments. We partner with house builders, developers, construction companies and contractors to provide competitive asset value and expert technical support. The networks we adopt and manage are usually directly connected to major distribution networks. We take care of local network operations to make sure utilities are delivered to end users safely and reliably. Our flexible approach We’ve built a portfolio comprising 1,000s of domestic connection points, but much of our success coming from our flexible approach to asset types, including the adoption of future-focused assets like EV charging infrastructure. We’re also an Ofgem accredited Meter Asset Manager (MAM), meaning that we can supply with SMETS2 smart gas meters to UIPs as well as own, operate and manage them as assets. Network support As well as providing asset values for networks, we also have a team of in-house technical designers able to establish and implement best practice design and construction. We provide legal support to handle land rights, which can drastically shorten network adoption timelines. Please note that this service is only available in some nations. Market-leading data and analysis AI data processing, comprehensive dashboards and a reporting libraries are just a few of our highly sophisticated data tools. We can also provide full data validation, tolerance checks and alarms for unusual patterns. We’re involved in a pilot project that shows how artificial intelligence (AI) can help prevent local power networks being overloaded as the demand for electricity rises. Project DINO (Domestic Infrastructure and Network Optimisation) is a partnership between us, Evergreen Smart Power, and Myenergi that aims to demonstrate how AI can safeguard network integrity through two-way communication with household appliances in a new build residential setting. It’s the first project of its type in the UK. “There is growing realisation that local power networks may not be able to cope with the huge increase in demand for electricity as we transition to electric vehicles, battery storage/charging and air source heat pumps alongside traditional household appliances,” says Jayson Whitaker, Managing Director of Energy Assets Networks. “The DINO project aims to demonstrate how a network-to-device AI interface can manage loads dynamically by enabling appliances to automatically dial down consumption at peak times to relieve network stress and safeguard power to homes. Without such a solution, the country would need to invest in a hugely costly network reinforcement programme to increase capacity.” Project DINO Evergreen Smart Power, Myenergi & Energy Assets Read more about Project DINO Go to the case study A proven track record We own, operate and manage over 1,800,000 assets across Britain. 3 industry accreditations – GIRS, NERS, and WIRS. We have a nearly 20-year track record of delivering compliance and expertise. “I would just like to say what a great team of operatives you sent. They were very professional, hard-working, and couldn’t do enough in regards to completing the works.” Peter Burgess Site Manager, Houlton To find out more Go to Networks site Post navigation Service
